TikTok Shop deals: Black Friday 2026 dates and what shoppers search

The biggest TikTok Shop deals of the year come in its Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaign, which runs from 11 to 30 November 2026 in the US, according to TikTok's seller guide updated on 20 September. Black Friday is 27 November and Cyber Monday is 30 November. Deals show up as campaign prices, coupons and LIVE-only offers in the Shop tab, in videos and in live streams.

Shoppers are already looking. In the week to 30 September, "how to get 100 dollar coupon tiktok shop" had 294,211 searches on TikTok, and brand searches like "walmart black friday" (164,517) and "alo black friday sale" (106,646) were live eight weeks early. TikTok Shop Black Friday 2026 dates

TikTok published the 2026 US dates in its 2026 BFCM Seller Campaign Guide on Seller University: "The BFCM 2026 campaign runs from Nov 11 to Nov 30, PT." That's a 20-day window with Black Friday and Cyber Monday at the end. Here is how it compares with earlier years.

You'll see other 2026 dates in seller blogs, such as a window ending 1 December and creator sample dates in October. We couldn't trace those to a TikTok page, so go by the Seller University guide and the campaign invites in Seller Center.

How TikTok Shop deals work

A TikTok Shop deal can come from the seller, from TikTok, or from both. During Black Friday you'll meet four kinds:

• Campaign prices. Sellers register products at a sale price. The crossed-out "was" price only appears when the campaign price is lower than the seller's regular price, per the campaign guide.
• TikTok-funded promotions. Discounts TikTok pays for during big events: product coupons, "Buy more, save more" offers and shipping discounts. They carry tags like HOT DEAL, LIVE Exclusive and New Customer Deal on product pages and in your cart (TikTok-funded Promotions).
• Flash deals. Short, timed price drops. A flash deal doesn't combine with a TikTok-funded HOT DEAL discount on the same item; you see the flash price.
• LIVE deals. Prices that only exist while a seller or creator is live. The pinned product changes every few minutes, so the deal you saw in a clip may be gone.

To find them, open the Shop tab and search the product, watch videos that have a product link, or join a LIVE from a brand you follow. Coupons show on the product page and in your cart, and come off at checkout. If a deal only exists in a video caption or a link outside the app, skip it: TikTok's discounts are applied inside checkout, and fake TikTok Shop sites are common (our TikTok Shop explainer covers the scams).

TikTok Shop deals people search for right now

We ran 14 deal and Black Friday searches through TikTok's search data on 30 September 2026. Eleven phrases people actually typed came back. They fall into three groups: coupon hunting, brand sales and order problems.

Data: TikTok Creator Search Insights via TokConnect, pulled 30 September 2026. Searches are TikTok's 7-day global figure. "Change" compares the last day of the week with the first; "new" means under 1,000 searches on day one. Snapshot with every topic.

Coupons lead. All four of the top searches are about coupons, shipping or orders, and "TikTok coupon" went from 10,694 searches on the first day to 243,478 by the last. The $100 coupon search is worth a warning: we found no TikTok page that promises every shopper a $100 coupon, and TikTok's own autocomplete for "tiktok shop coupon" includes "tiktok shop coupon scam". Only trust coupons that appear inside the app.

Brands are the other signal. People search "[brand] black friday" on TikTok to see last year's prices and guess this year's. Three of the five brand searches (Abercrombie, Alo and Sephora) had no videos at all. The Sephora search even names 2025, which tells you shoppers look back at last year's deals before the new ones land.

TikTok's own Black Friday labels still say 2025

Most of what TikTok returned wasn't typed searches. Of 181 unique topics, 163 were labels TikTok writes to group many searches, all above 1.8 million, and 84 of them had no videos matched. Read them as the size of a theme, not as keywords to copy.

Several deal labels are still named for last year: "Black Friday 2025 deals and dates" (4,290,786, no videos), "Black Friday 2025 retail deals" (3,470,152) and "Black Friday 2025 sale announcements" (1,880,535). None mentioned 2026 yet. Other empty labels point at gaps: "Black Friday computer and electronics deals" (3,800,459), "TikTok Shop Christmas shopping deals" (3,886,465) and "TikTok Shop coupons and promo codes" (2,495,151) had no videos. Deal hunting on TikTok Shop is a year-round habit too: labels for the "9.9" and "10.10" sales sit at 3,559,219 and 2,247,775.

How big Black Friday is on TikTok Shop

TikTok doesn't publish full-year TikTok Shop figures, but it does announce its Black Friday results. Both years below are US figures from TikTok, as reported at the time.

In the UK the 2025 campaign offered up to 60% off, with more than 200,000 small businesses taking part (ChannelX). The pattern is the same in both countries: the sales happen in videos and live streams more than on product pages.

How sellers prepare for TikTok Shop Black Friday

Campaign placement isn't automatic. You register products, TikTok reviews them, and the review takes time. Working back from an 11 November start, here's the 2026 checklist from the US campaign guide and the Campaign FAQs:

1. Check your scores now. You need a Shop Performance Score of 3.5 or higher, an Account Health Rating above 150 and a late dispatch rate of 20% or lower over 30 days. Drop below 3.0 after joining and TikTok can take the campaign benefits away.
2. List products at least two weeks early. That means by about 28 October. Add every color and size first: you can't add or delete variations once a product is registered.
3. Register by about 22 October. Go to Seller Center, then Marketing, then Campaigns. Most applications are reviewed within 5 to 14 business days, and 14 business days before 11 November is 22 October.
4. Price for the campaign, not on top of it. Many of your own tools, like extra discounts and flash deals, don't stack on campaign pricing. Set your regular price honestly so the strike-through shows.
5. Plan for the busy week. Shipping deadlines stretch by one business day for orders from 11 to 24 November, two from 25 November to 1 December, and one from 2 to 5 December. Pre-orders and back orders get no extension.
6. Budget for late returns. The return window to 10 February 2027 applies automatically and overrides your own setting.

Then line up content. Black Friday on TikTok Shop runs through videos and LIVEs (affiliates posted nearly 10 million shoppable videos last year), so book creators and film your own clips in October. Build them around the searches above: a brand-plus-Black-Friday search with no videos, a "what's actually on sale" roundup for your category, or a clear "how coupons work at checkout" video. What Black Friday deal videos look like

We searched "tiktok shop black friday deals" and looked at the top 12 videos. Only one was posted during last year's campaign: a 14-second clip tagged #christmas from 20 November 2025 with 9,505,168 plays. Ten were posted between June and September 2026. Accounts keep the Black Friday tag running all year: 7 of the 12 captions use #TikTokShopBlackFriday and 5 use #dealsforyoudays, the name of TikTok Shop's summer sale.

The videos are short. They run 10 to 42 seconds, with a middle value of 22. Eight of the 12 captions are hashtags only, with no words about the product or the price. That leaves room for a video that says what the product is and what it costs during the sale. For shoppers, the lesson is simpler: a Black Friday hashtag doesn't mean the deal is live. #TikTokShopBlackFriday is the tag TikTok uses for the campaign, and it's more than 15 times the size of #tiktokshopdeals. It's also crowded: over 12.5 million videos. Use it with one product tag and put the searched words, like the brand and "black friday", in your caption and on screen.

How we got these numbers

On 30 September 2026 we ran 14 searches through TikTok's Creator Search Insights data (from "black friday" and "tiktok shop deals" to "tiktok shop coupon" and "cyber monday") and took the top 20 topics for each: 280 topics, 181 unique. We split them into 11 typed searches, 163 TikTok topic labels, and 7 typed results we dropped as off topic or empty. We added autocomplete for five phrases, two hashtag searches and one video search. Campaign dates and past results come from TikTok's Seller University and news coverage, listed in the facts file.

"Searches" means TikTok's search popularity: searches in the last 7 days, worldwide (see TikTok search volume). This is late September, so these are early signals; Black Friday searches build through November.
