TikTok influencer cost calculator: what a quote costs per 1,000 views
Paste a creator’s @handle, then type the quote. We read their recent posts and show what the quote costs per 1,000 views for a typical post and a weak one, so one viral hit cannot fool you. Creators can switch modes and price their own posts.

What the calculator showed for @budget_travell
We ran the calculator on a travel creator with 23,375 followers and typed a $100 quote. The $100 is our example, not a market rate. The calculator read the 28 posts it could count, published between 15 Aug and 14 Oct 2026 (one post under two days old was left out).
3,585median views per post, across 28 posts
$27.89per 1,000 views at the median, for a $100 quote
$41.92per 1,000 views at the 25th percentile (2,385 views)

The average would have flattered the quote
The average post got 13,994 views, 3.9 times the median. On the average the same $100 would look like $7.15 per 1,000 views. On the median it is $27.89. The calculator shows both and tells you to use the median.
One post carried the account
A single post with 120,400 views holds 31% of all the views read. Without it the picture is the quieter one the median and the 25th percentile describe. That is why the spread is shown, not one number.
Plan for the weak post
A quarter of the posts got 2,385 views or fewer. At that level the $100 quote costs $41.92 per 1,000. A creator’s next sponsored post can land anywhere in this range, and past views promise nothing.

The same $1,000 costs $1,261 per 1,000 views on @chelasplants, $279 on @budget_travell and $2.17 on @nasa, a 581-fold gap. The gap comes from the views on a typical post, not from the quote. A quote means little until you divide it by views.
Two ways to use it
For the brand, and for the creator
Brand
Is this quote fair?
Type the quote and, if you have one, a target cost per 1,000 views. You get the cost per 1,000 at a weak, a typical and a strong post, and the most you could pay to hit your target. A one-page PDF “Creator evaluation” is ready to share with a client.

What can I charge?
Type the costs per 1,000 views you want to work for. The calculator turns each into a price for your weak, typical and strong post. It suggests no rate: TikTok publishes none, and the published ranges disagree, so the number is yours to pick.
The arithmetic
How the numbers are worked out
The posts. The last 30 public posts. Posts under two days old are left out by default because they are still collecting views; you can change that.
The spread. Posts sorted by views. The median is the middle one; the 25th and 75th percentiles are the views a quarter of posts fall below and above, found by linear interpolation between the nearest posts.
Cost per 1,000 views. Quote ÷ (views per post × posts in the deal) × 1,000, at the 25th percentile, the median and the 75th percentile.
The most you can pay. Target cost per 1,000 × views ÷ 1,000, for the same three posts.
Reach, engagement and pace. Median views ÷ followers; likes, comments and shares ÷ views; posts per week from the dates read.
The TikTok influencer rates guide lists published per-post and per-1,000-view ranges, each with its source and date, if you want something to compare with.
One line
Cost per 1,000 views = quote ÷ views × 1,000
CPM is the price of 1,000 views. It is the same number this page calls cost per 1,000 views. Median is the middle post once all posts are sorted by views, so half got more and half got fewer.
Size labels (nano, micro, mid-tier, macro, mega) go by follower count only: under 10K, 10K to 100K, 100K to 500K, 500K to 1M, 1M and over. It is a naming convention that agencies draw in different places, not a TikTok category.

Questions about influencer costs on TikTok
How do I work out the cost per 1,000 views of an influencer quote?
Divide the quote by the views you expect and multiply by 1,000. A $300 quote for a post that gets 6,000 views is $50 per 1,000 views. The calculator reads the creator’s recent posts, takes their median views as the typical post, and shows the result next to the weak-post case.
Why does the cost calculator use median views instead of the average?
One viral post can drag the average far above what a normal post gets. The median is the middle post, so it is the fairer guess for the next one. The calculator shows both, so you can see how much a single hit pulls the average.
What does the 25th percentile of views mean for an influencer quote?
Line the posts up from fewest to most views. A quarter of them got fewer views than the 25th percentile. It stands for a weak post, so the cost per 1,000 views at that level is the case to plan for, not the typical one.
How do I decide what to charge as a TikTok creator?
Pick the cost per 1,000 views you are willing to work for and the calculator turns it into a price for your typical, weak and strong posts. It suggests no rates: TikTok publishes none and published benchmarks differ a lot, so the choice is yours. Our influencer rates guide lists the published ranges with dates.
Can the cost calculator tell me if an influencer’s followers are real?
No. It shows what recent posts actually reached, which is what a brand pays for, and it does not read the audience. A median that is tiny next to the follower count is a reason to ask the creator questions, not proof of anything.
