Key takeaways
  • Kalodata's website hides prices until you sign up. Its US App Store listing showed plans from $45.99 (United States Basic) to $129.99 (Professional) a month on 8 October 2026.
  • Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with no card. There is no permanent free plan.
  • Paying yearly cuts the price: about $38.30 a month for Starter and $83.20 for Professional in a February 2026 review. Enterprise, with the API, is about $569 and up.
  • Its revenue figures are estimates from public data, and Kalodata says not to use them for commission settlements. Test it on a product whose real sales you can see in Seller Center.
  • It does not show what people search for on TikTok. In a mini projector check, 13 of the first 50 comments on a 2.7M-play video asked the price, a question no revenue ranking shows.

Kalodata pricing starts from $45.99 a month (United States Basic on its US App Store listing, checked 8 October 2026) and runs to $129.99 for Professional, with Enterprise at about $569 and up. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with no card. Kalodata's own website hides prices until you sign up, so the App Store listing, where Kalodata sets the in-app prices itself, is the clearest public price list. Paying yearly cuts the entry plan to about $38 a month.

Whether it is worth that depends on what you do. Kalodata ranks TikTok Shop products, shops, creators, videos, ads and livestreams by estimated revenue in 15 markets, and it pays off for sellers and affiliates who already sell and will open it every week. Its sales figures are estimates, and it does not show what people search for on TikTok. Below are every plan and price we could verify, what the trial gets you, how accurate the data is, and a mini projector check showing the gap.

Kalodata pricing plans in 2026

You cannot see Kalodata pricing on its website without an account. On 8 October 2026, kalodata.com/pricing redirected straight to the sign-up page. Its US App Store listing shows the in-app prices Kalodata sets itself, and that is the table below. Plan limits are published only after sign-up, so the limits column comes from a dated August 2026 write-up.

Plan (App Store name)Monthly price (USD)Main limits
United States Basic$45.99About 50 searches and 100 detail pages a day, 90 days of history, US data
Starter$49.99Basic limits, plus 35 AI points a month
Mexico Standard$49.99Standard limits, Mexico data

100 or 300 Credits (add-on)$9.99 or $29.99Extra points for the AI features

Prices: Kalodata on the US App Store, checked 8 October 2026. The listing shows its top 10 in-app purchases, so other plans may exist: on 30 September it also listed Brazil Basic at $35.90 and Global Standard at $61.99. Limits and Enterprise price: Creatify, updated 22 August 2026. Prices vary by region and change often; check your own account before paying. 8 October facts and earlier checks.

Several plan names carry a country (United States, UK, Mexico), so prices are set by market. Before you pay, check which of Kalodata's 15 markets your plan includes, especially if you sell in more than one.

For most sellers the real choice is between an entry plan (about $46 to $50 a month, 90 days of history) and a Standard or Professional plan (about $90 to $130, 180 days). Longer history matters if you want to see whether a product is new or on its second wave. Enterprise is for agencies that need the API and bulk creator exports.

Does Kalodata have a free trial?

Yes. On 8 October 2026 Kalodata's homepage offered a 7-day free trial with no credit card needed. There is no permanent free plan. Without an account you can open the rankings, but the revenue figures stay masked until you log in.

Make the trial count. Look up your own product, or one whose sales you can see in Seller Center, and compare Kalodata's estimate with the real number. Then decide whether to pay.

How to pay less for Kalodata

  • Pay yearly. A February 2026 review lists Starter at $38.30 a month and Professional at $83.20 a month on annual billing, against $49.99 and $129.99 monthly.
  • Buy one market. A single-country plan, such as United States Basic at $45.99, is the cheapest way in if you only sell in one place.
  • Watch the AI points. Kalopilot and Kaloclip run on points. Heavy use can mean buying credit packs ($9.99 or $29.99) on top of the plan.
  • Use the API for small jobs. Kalodata's Open Center bills its API by use: a detail call costs 0.1 credit, and Kalodata says a point is worth about $0.10. It also listed an MCP server as "coming soon" on 8 October 2026.

What is Kalodata?

Kalodata is a paid analytics tool for TikTok Shop. Its menu has research areas for Category, Brand & Shop, Creator, Product, Video & Ad, and Livestream. Each one ranks items by estimated revenue, so you can see which products are selling, which shops sell them, and which creators and videos move them.

It has added three AI products on top: Kaloboost (an affiliate platform), Kaloclip (video creation for e-commerce) and Kalopilot (an AI agent that answers market questions). The homepage claims data on more than 200 million products, 250 million creators and 400 million videos and livestreams, with 1,000 days of history.

Kalodata is run by Kalowave Technology Co., Limited. Its FAQ says it is not affiliated with TikTok, TikTok Shop or ByteDance, and that its managers came from TikTok's e-commerce team. So it is independent, and its numbers are not TikTok's own.

How accurate is Kalodata?

Kalodata's numbers are estimates. Its FAQ says its team collects data from public channels and refines it with AI models, and that transaction amounts and ad spend may differ from real figures. It also says not to use its data where precision matters, such as settling partner commissions or judging performance.

Independent reviews say the same. The February 2026 WinningHunter review scored Kalodata 5 out of 10 for database accuracy and 8.5 for ease of use, and reported units sold that did not match the reviewer's own shop. Keep in mind that WinningHunter, like Trendtrack, sells a competing tool.

Test it on a product you know

If Kalodata's estimate lands close to your Seller Center number, trust it for ranking products in that category. If it is far off, use it for direction only.

Is Kalodata worth it?

Yes, for three kinds of buyer. Affiliates choosing what to promote get commission rates, creator counts and revenue by channel in one table. Sellers watching competitors get shop-level rankings and 180 days of history on the mid plans. Agencies get the API on Enterprise for client reports.

No, for three others. If you have no product or shop yet, a list of what already sells will not tell you what you can sell. If you sell across Amazon, Shopify and Meta, a TikTok-only tool covers one channel. And if you need exact figures, Seller Center is the only place with real orders.

The other gap is search. Kalodata shows what sold; it does not show what buyers are typing into TikTok this week. TokConnect covers that side: TikTok's own search counts, the videos and comments behind a product, and US Shop listings with the units-sold count TikTok displays and the creators linking them. It starts with 50 free credits, and paid plans are $49, $99 and $199 a month. Revenue estimates across 15 markets stay Kalodata's job.

Matrix of seven seller questions and which tool answers them, checked 30 September 2026, with TokConnect's cells updated 8 October 2026. Kalodata: yes, estimated, for which products sell, which shops and creators sell them, and which videos, ads and lives made sales; not in its menu for weekly searches, searches with few videos and viewer comments; $45.99 to $129.99 a month on the App Store. TokConnect: partly for which products sell, with the sold counts listings show but no GMV; yes for which shops and creators link a product, by views, not revenue; videos and plays without sales, yes for weekly searches with 7-day counts, yes for videos per topic, yes for comment pulls; free 50 credits then $49 to $199. Creator Search Insights: no for sales, shops and creators, related videos without sales, yes for weekly searches one topic at a time, yes for the content gap badge, no for comments; free with a TikTok login.

What does Kalodata miss? A mini projector check

Mini projectors are the kind of gadget Kalodata ranks by revenue, and several of the top TikTok results come from projector shops. We asked TikTok's own data three other questions on 30 September 2026: what people type, what the top videos look like, and what viewers ask.

What we pulledResult
Top 10 search topics for "mini projector"9 TikTok topic labels and 1 typed search
Typed search"qkk mini projector": 233,476 searches in 7 days, 498 videos
Top countries for that searchUS, Canada, Mexico, Philippines, Australia
Labels with zero videos2 of 9 (for example "mini projector reviews and setup")
Top 20 topics for "projector"20 labels, 6 with zero videos
Autocomplete for "mini projector"portable, connect to phone, for bedroom, 4k, for phone, z1
#miniprojector hashtag (lifetime)1,845,723,129 views across 152,867 videos
Top 13 videos for "mini projector"Median 480,975 plays; 5 over 1 million; median length 32 seconds

TikTok Creator Search Insights and TikTok search, read through TokConnect, global, pulled 30 September 2026. Searches are TikTok's 7-day search popularity. Topic labels are TikTok-generated groupings (5 million or more searches, or a curve that climbs from near zero every day); we list them apart from typed searches. Snapshot.

The one typed search was a brand name. "qkk mini projector" had 233,476 searches in the 7 days to 30 September 2026, and TikTok's 30-day chart for it shows 11 days at zero and sudden bursts, the largest on 30 September. Our reading: people search the name in bursts, most likely after a video or ad shows it. A sales tool shows the brand's revenue. Search shows you the week people went looking for it.

The rest of the top results were labels, not phrases people type. The same held for our two other screening searches: across "mini projector", "pet hair remover" and "portable blender", 29 of the top 30 topics were TikTok labels. Treat labels as a sign of category interest and use autocomplete for the words to say on camera. "Connect to phone" shows up twice in autocomplete, which tells you what the first seconds of a demo should prove.

The comments say the same thing louder. We read the first 50 comments on the most-played 2026 video in the results, a mini projector demo with 2,665,860 plays and 2,035 comments.

Bar chart of the first 50 comments on a mini projector video with 2.7 million plays: 13 asked the price, 12 said they want to buy it, 10 were reactions or other, 8 asked about features and setup such as speakers, daytime use and connecting Netflix, and 7 asked about delivery or location.
13 of 50 comments asked the price. Source: public TikTok comments, 30 September 2026. Comments and theme rules.

32 of the 50 comments were buying signals: the price, "bring me back here" or where to buy. The caption never gives a price, and it already mentions Netflix and connecting a phone, yet people still asked. The feature questions were practical: does it work in daylight, does it have a speaker, can it play Netflix. Those are your next three videos, and a revenue ranking would never show them.

What to do with it: open your video with the price or a price range, show the phone connection in the first three seconds, and film one video each for daylight use, sound and streaming apps. Put the exact search wording in your on-screen text and caption; our TikTok SEO guide covers where those words count.

Kalodata vs FastMoss and cheaper options

The closest alternative is FastMoss, which also estimates TikTok Shop sales, offers a 7-day free trial with no card and sells each region separately. Its plans and prices are on our FastMoss alternatives page, and Kalodata vs FastMoss compares markets, data and fit. EchoTik is the budget option, with a free plan and paid plans from $9.9 a month billed yearly (checked 5 October 2026); see our EchoTik review. For the full list by job, see Kalodata alternatives.

None of the three shows search demand. Our guide to TikTok product research walks through using sales and search together, and the free TikTok product trend checker shows whether a product's searches are rising.

Ask TokConnect

Is there search demand on TikTok for [your product] this week? Show typed searches apart from topic labels, the videos for each, and what viewers ask in the top video's comments.

You can also paste a TikTok Shop product link and ask which creators are promoting it. On 7 October 2026 that check on the top "lip oil" listing found 17 creators with public videos linking it, ranked by views, with TikTok's "Creator earns commission" label where shown (Shop sample). For what each creator sold, use Kalodata.

How we got these numbers

Kalodata's pricing page, homepage, FAQ and US App Store listing were opened on 30 September, 5 October and 8 October 2026; prices on this page are from the 8 October check unless marked. Its Open Center API pricing was read on 8 October 2026. Plan limits and the Enterprise price come from Creatify (August 2026) and annual prices from WinningHunter (February 2026), because Kalodata publishes neither without an account.

TikTok numbers were pulled through TokConnect on 30 September 2026: topic searches for four seeds (top 10, or top 20 for "projector"), one topic's detail and 30-day chart, autocomplete, related searches (none came back), the top 13 videos, the #miniprojector hashtag and the first 50 comments on one video. Searches are global 7-day counts. Comment themes were set by simple keyword rules, listed in the evidence file. What the search numbers mean is explained in how TikTok search volume works.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Kalodata cost per month?

Kalodata's website shows prices only after sign-up. On 8 October 2026 its US App Store listing showed United States Basic at $45.99, Starter at $49.99, UK Standard at $89.99, US Standard at $99.99 and Professional at $99.99 or $129.99 a month, plus credit packs at $9.99 and $29.99. Enterprise is about $569 to $599.99 a month according to an August 2026 article.

Does Kalodata have a free trial?

Yes. On 8 October 2026 Kalodata's homepage offered a 7-day free trial with no credit card needed. There is no permanent free plan: you can open the rankings without an account, but revenue figures stay hidden until you log in.

Is Kalodata cheaper if you pay yearly?

Yes. A February 2026 review lists Starter at $38.30 a month and Professional at $83.20 a month on annual billing, against $49.99 and $129.99 billed monthly on the App Store. Enterprise is custom priced.

Is Kalodata worth it?

It is worth it if you already sell or promote products on TikTok Shop in one of its 15 markets and will use it weekly. At about $46 to $50 a month for an entry plan, it pays back only if you act on what it shows. It is not worth it before you have a product, or if you need exact sales figures.

Is Kalodata data accurate?

It is an estimate. Kalodata says it collects public data and refines it with AI models, that transaction amounts may differ from real figures, and that its data should not be used for commission settlements. A February 2026 review scored its database accuracy 5 out of 10. Compare it with a product whose real sales you know.

Is Kalodata legit and is it part of TikTok?

It is a real paid tool run by Kalowave Technology Co., Limited. Its FAQ says it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, TikTok Shop or ByteDance, though its managers came from TikTok's e-commerce team. Its numbers are its own estimates, not TikTok's.
