Key takeaways
  • For product research and creator outreach, FastMoss is the best all-round pick: Basic $49 a month, 7-day trial, up to 1,200 days of history on Ultimate.
  • For competitor sales estimates, Kalodata splits revenue into live, video and product-card sales; it hides prices on its site, and its US App Store lists Starter at $49.99 a month.
  • EchoTik is the budget pick: a free plan and Basic at $13.90 a month, but only 30 days of history on Basic.
  • Every third-party sales figure is an estimate. Only TikTok Seller Center, which is free, shows your shop's real orders.
  • None of the sales tools shows TikTok search demand. TokConnect does (for car vacuums, the top typed search had 297,429 searches in 7 days and no videos), but it has no GMV data.

The best TikTok Shop analytics tool depends on the job. For product research and finding creators, pick FastMoss (Basic $49 a month, published prices, 7-day free trial). For estimates of a competitor's sales, pick Kalodata, which splits revenue into live, video and product-card sales (Starter $49.99 a month on its US App Store listing). On a tight budget, EchoTik has a free plan and a $13.90 Basic tier. For your own shop's real orders, use TikTok Seller Center, which is free. For what shoppers type into TikTok search, use TokConnect (50 free credits, then $49 a month). It shows search demand, not GMV.

All prices were checked on each vendor's site on 30 September 2026, in US dollars. Shoplus and Tabcut are solid runners-up; Tabcut hides its price behind a login. This page is for TikTok Shop sellers, brands and agencies choosing one tool, or a pair.

We make TokConnect, one of the tools on this page. It does not estimate sales, and where another tool does a job better, we say so.

What is the best tool for TikTok Shop product research?

FastMoss is the best all-round pick for product research. It publishes its prices, offers a 7-day trial with no card, and keeps the longest history here: 90 days on Basic, 180 on Pro and 1,200 on Ultimate. On its pricing page Basic is $49 a month ($558 a year), Pro $89 ($854 a year) and Ultimate $139 ($1,084 a year). Basic allows 150 searches a day and 10 exports a month. It also sells MCP, CLI and API access for teams that want the data in their own tools.

On a budget, pick EchoTik. Its pricing page lists a free plan, then Basic at $13.90 a month ($9.90 billed yearly), Pro at $29 and Enterprise at $57, with all regions on every paid plan. The catch is history: Basic shows the last 30 days and Pro the last 90. Selected paid plans carry a 7-day refund.

Shoplus costs $49 a month for Basic, $69 for Premium and $99 for Professional, or $39, $49 and $79 a month billed yearly (shoplus.net/pricing). New users get a one-day trial and there are no refunds. Tabcut sorts products by sales volume, estimated sales and growth, refreshes every 24 hours and covers 17 markets. Its price page redirects to a login; SmartScout's 28 September 2026 review lists $59 a month and a free plan. SmartScout sells a rival tool, so check the number after you sign up.

Which tool gives the best competitor sales estimates?

Kalodata is our pick for competitor sales. Its product ranking shows revenue, items sold, growth, commission rate and creator count, and splits revenue into live, video and product-card sales. That split tells you whether a rival sells through creators' videos or through its own lives. The figures stay masked until you log in, and kalodata.com/pricing shows only a sign-up form. Its US App Store listing lists Starter at $49.99 a month and Professional at $129.99, plus regional plans from $35.90.

Every number in these tools is an estimate. Kalodata's own FAQ says its data comes from public channels, that transaction amounts may differ from real figures, and that it should not be used for commission settlements. FastMoss says it estimates GMV from public signals such as live sales, views and comments, and that its figures are not seller-backend data. Before you trust any of them, look up a product whose sales you know, ideally your own, and compare. Our Kalodata vs FastMoss comparison goes deeper.

Which tool is best for finding TikTok Shop creators?

FastMoss is best for creator outreach because it shows contact details: 5 contacts a day on the entry plan and 300 a day on a higher one, plus its MossCreator bulk-email product. Kalodata, EchoTik and Shoplus all rank creators too. EchoTik's Pro plan filters influencers by contact information, but it does not let you export their emails.

Do not skip Seller Center. Its Find creators page lets you search for creators and invite them one by one or in bulk, with a commission between 1% and 80% and optional free samples, according to TikTok's help page on target collaborations. It is free, and the invite lands inside TikTok's own affiliate system. Our guide to finding TikTok Shop affiliates walks through it.

TokConnect finds creators a different way: by who is already posting about your product and how those videos do. We tried it with car vacuums on 30 September. An account search for "car vacuum" returned 15 accounts, nearly all shops, brands or factories; the biggest had 8,166 followers. A video search returned 19 videos from 17 accounts, and 10 of them had passed a million plays. So search videos, not accounts, when you shortlist creators for a product.

Which tool shows what shoppers search on TikTok?

Only TokConnect, among these seven. None of the five third-party tools lists TikTok search volume on the pricing or feature pages we checked, and Seller Center shows only your own shop. TikTok publishes search demand in Creator Search Insights, which lives in the TikTok app and on desktop at tiktok.com/csi, with no export. TokConnect pulls the same numbers when you ask. A search count here is TikTok's 7-day search popularity, global, not a monthly figure.

Here is what came back for car vacuums. We split what people type from TikTok's own topic labels, which have tidy generated names and curves that jump from a few thousand to millions in a week.

Three things a sales tool would not show you. The largest search, "what to spray before vacuuming car", has no matched videos at all, so one clear demo could own it. Most of the searches are questions about cleaning, not about brands. And TikTok's audience split for "vacuum for cars" puts about 86% of the searching in the Philippines and 11% in the United States. A US seller should target the phrases Americans use, not just the biggest number. Our guide to TikTok Shop SEO covers where to put those phrases.

Is TikTok Seller Center's analytics enough?

For your own shop, yes: it is free and it is the only tool here with real orders. SmartScout's review describes its revenue, order and fulfilment numbers as coming straight from TikTok's systems. It is also the place to settle commission, because every third-party figure is an estimate.

It stops at your own shop. The same review notes that you cannot research competitors, spot trending products across the platform or see category demand in it. That is why most sellers pair it with one paid tool: FastMoss or Kalodata for the market, or TokConnect for demand.

Do this in TokConnect

Keep your sales tool for GMV. Use TokConnect for the question it cannot answer: what do shoppers ask before they buy, and what are they still waiting to see?

Ask TokConnect

What are people searching on TikTok about car vacuums this week, and what do commenters on the top video want to see before they buy?

TokConnect’s answer on car vacuums: typed searches such as what to spray before vacuuming car with 297K searches and 0 videos, water vacuum for car 275K, and what commenters on a 40.1M-view car vacuum video want to see before buying, such as dog hair, sand and dried syrup tests
TokConnect answering the car vacuum question on 30 September 2026. No sales estimates: search demand and what buyers say.

When we ran that research through TokConnect on 30 September, the answer combined the search table above with 47 comments from the top car vacuum video (40,150,442 plays). Of those comments, 16 asked for a harder test: carpet, fabric seats, dog hair, sand or sticky cup holders. Another 6 doubted the vacuum works at all. Two asked plain product questions: how long the battery lasts and whether it cleans wet messes.

What to do next: film the demo those commenters asked for, on carpet with real dirt, and title it with the zero-video search, "what to spray before vacuuming car". Then check the 30-day trend a week later. Over the last 30 days, the daily reading for "vacuum for cars" moved between 52,172 and 224,086.

How we got these numbers

We opened each vendor's pricing and home pages on 30 September 2026 in a browser, US region, and read monthly and yearly prices. Kalodata and Tabcut hide prices behind a sign-up, so we used Kalodata's US App Store prices and marked Tabcut "price not public". The TikTok data came from 11 TokConnect calls: search topics for three product seeds (we kept car vacuums), a 30-day trend, the audience split, autocomplete, hashtags, a related-searches check that came back empty, video and account searches, and 47 comments on the top video. Search counts are global and cover 7 days. We did not test any tool's sales estimates against a real shop.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best TikTok Shop analytics tool?

It depends on the job. FastMoss is the best all-round pick for product research and creator outreach (Basic $49 a month). Kalodata is strongest for competitor sales estimates. EchoTik is cheapest, with a free plan and a $13.90 Basic tier. Seller Center is free and the only source of your real sales. TokConnect covers TikTok search demand, which none of the sales tools show. Prices checked 30 September 2026.

Is there a free TikTok Shop analytics tool?

Yes. TikTok Seller Center's analytics are free for sellers but cover only your own shop. EchoTik has a free plan with limited daily views. FastMoss and Kalodata offer 7-day free trials, Shoplus a one-day trial, and TokConnect 50 free credits.

Is Kalodata or FastMoss better?

FastMoss publishes its prices ($49, $89 and $139 a month in the US), keeps up to 1,200 days of history and shows creator contact details, so it suits product research and outreach. Kalodata splits estimated revenue into live, video and product-card sales, which helps when you study how a competitor sells. Many sellers trial both. See our Kalodata vs FastMoss comparison.

How accurate are TikTok Shop sales estimates?

They are estimates, not real orders. Kalodata says its transaction amounts may differ from real figures and should not be used for commission settlements, and FastMoss says its GMV figures are estimated from public signals, not seller-backend data. Check a tool against a product whose sales you know before you rely on it.

Can I see what people search for on TikTok Shop?

TikTok shows search demand in Creator Search Insights, in the TikTok app and at tiktok.com/csi, with no export. TokConnect pulls those numbers on request: 7-day search counts, trends, matched videos and content gaps for any product. The sales analytics tools on this page do not list TikTok search volume.

Does TokConnect show TikTok Shop GMV?

No. TokConnect does not track TikTok Shop sales, GMV, ad spend or revenue. It shows what people search on TikTok, the videos and creators around a product, hashtags, sounds and comments. Pair it with a sales tool or Seller Center if you need sales numbers.
